Super 8 by Wyndham Osseo WI

This is one of the nicer Super 8 hotels I have stayed at. Clean rooms, comfy beds, good sized mini fridge. The only complaints I have, or recommendation is the bedding. You get a sheet, a thin blanket and another blanket on top that always seems to slide off the bed and it's not a comfortable material. Why not get a 1 nice thicker comforter for each bed?

Our stay was wonderful. The beds were so comfortable and Mike at the front desk was absolutely amazing. Very clean.

Really needed a room to stay in for the night to let this snow storm pass, entering into the hotel I noticed a nice and clean lobby with a welcoming presence. Me and my boyfriend we're then greeted by Dylan and explained our situation. He was very friendly, funny and helped us get a room very quickly and he also let us know if we needed anything that he was more than willing to help with whatever we needed. After the delightful check in, we went into our room and it was super clean and comfortable, I'm definitely gonna sleep good and be nice and warm!!! Thank you Dylan and the rest of the super 8 team here!

We stayed 2 nites (1-1 to 1-3-26) & found everything wonderful! Dillon, Kristine, Karin & Donna were all very professional, efficient, helpful & friendly - great customer service! Our room (3rd floor) was quiet & clean. Breakfast was simple - make your own pancakes, yogart, fruit, cereal, juice/coffee, boiled eggs etc. Just like we'd eat at home. We always stay here when visiting family in the area. Easy location for travelors. Osseo is a nice community. If you want a restaurant, fast food, bar or lite shopping, everything is very close & convenient.

I checked in on Saturday 11/1, I was greeted by Dylan. He was so so nice and accommodating, he was explaining the reservation I had for that day, and was so nice to give me a courtesy late check out for 1pm. In entering my room, I found the accommodations to be clean and very well maintained. The highlight of my morning started with Mike, he is a such sweet and humble individual, very pleasant, social, kind, and funny . Overall my stay was great and the individuals mentioned made me feel welcomed and comfortable. 5 stars for me.

Had to get a room last minute because of a huge snow storm. They got me situated immediately and were nothing but kind. Breakfast was low when I came down first but was replenished within 15 minutes. The room was clean and I felt safe the entire time. Great location, near a ton of restaurants and the highway.

The hotel manager was amazing. Our car broke down and he went the extra mile helping us with our situation. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and amazing staff. Would stay here time and time again. Thanks Guru for the extended hospitality!

Hard to review service as I spoke to two people for a combined total of less than 5mn but both seemed very nice. Rooms were adequate but bed were full size, not queen. Lication was easy to find and if restaurants nearby.
